Welcome to PostSwift. These Terms govern your use of https://swift-post.vercel.app operated by Scruums LLC (New Mexico, USA).
1. Description
PostSwift is a social media scheduling tool that allows creators to publish and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Bluesky, and LinkedIn from one dashboard. Features include immediate publishing, scheduling, AI captions, and media uploads.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account security. PostSwift never requests or stores your social media passwords. Connections use official platform authorization.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Use of connected services remains subject to each platform's own Terms.
5. Billing
PostSwift offers a 7-day free trial. Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund policy. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may deny refunds involving fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violations of these Terms.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of your content and grant PostSwift a limited license to process and publish it on your behalf.
8. Acceptable Use
No illegal content, spam, copyright infringement, impersonation, malware, phishing, or platform policy violations.
9. Privacy

10. Availability
We cannot guarantee uptime, publishing success, third-party availability, reach, engagement, or algorithmic performance.
11. Intellectual Property
All PostSwift software, branding, and intellectual property belong to Scruums LLC.
12. Limitation of Liability
Scruums LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time.
